TBIn The Case Of Bearings Of TB Design, The Axial Load Carrying Capacity Of Cylindrical Roller Bearings Was Significantly Improved With The Aid Of New Calculation And Manufacturing Methods. Optimum Contact Conditions Between The Roller And Rib Are Ensured By Means Of A Special Curvature Of The Roller End Faces. As A Result, The Axial Contact Pressures On The Rib Are Significantly Minimised And A Lubricant Film Capable Of Supporting Higher Loads Is Formed. Under Normal Operating Conditions, Wear And Fatigue At The Rib Contact Running And Roller End Faces Is Completely Eliminated. In Addition, Axial Frictional Torque Is Reduced By Up To 50%. The Bearing Temperature During Operation Is Therefore Significantly Lower

The SL192328-TB-BR-XL INA is a single-row, full-complement cylinder bearing. This bearing type has a solid outer and inner ring and a high number of cylindrical rollers. These rollers are guided between the ribs of the rings. Since there is no cage, the maximum number of rolls can be used. As a result, these bearings can support very high radial loads. However, the maximum speed is lower than the speed of cylindrical roller bearings with cages. Single-row full-complement cylindrical roller bearings can also support axial forces in one direction. They are used as support bearings. Support bearings allow axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing in one direction. The shaft is located axially in the other direction.
The SL192328-TB-BR-XL INA is an X-life type cylindrical roller bearing. X-life bearings provide better performance than normal cylindrical roller bearings due to a special internal construction. Contact surfaces, steel grade and rolling bodies are of a higher quality. X-life bearings combine a higher load capacity with a longer service life. The bearings generate less heat and allow for higher speeds. Finally, X-life bearings allow for longer maintenance intervals compared to normal cylindrical roller bearings.
