TVHMoulded Polyamide Cage Snap-Type, Rolling Element Riding
The LR5207-2HRS-TVH-XL INA is a ball-bearing Yoke type track roller, of which the rolling elements combine low friction with high precision. Track rollers are designed for use with various types of tracks. Thanks to a thick-walled outer ring, they can withstand high radial loads. Axial loads due to alignment errors or misalignment can be absorbed in both directions. Yoke type track rollers are suitable for mounting on a shaft. They are not mounted in a housing bore, but a flat (counter) track provides support.
The LR5207-2HRS-TVH-XL INA is equipped with a cage that prevents the rolling elements from coming into contact with each other. This design allows for a controlled movement of the rolling elements. There is lower friction compared to full complement track rollers, allowing for higher rotational speeds and less heat generation. Common applications of support rollers include conveyor systems, linear guidance systems, and cam mechanisms.
