Who is ABF?

ABF is an international wholesaler of bearings and electric motors. We are located in Roosendaal, the Netherlands.

ABF has one of the most extensive stocks in bearings, electric motors and related parts, worldwide. Currently, we stock over 10.000.000 bearings and electric motors from renowned brands and high quality alternatives.

As an ISO-certified company we continuously offer our customers the best service possible.

Our friendly team is available the entire day to assist our customers worldwide with their requests for bearings or electric motors. At ABF, we can help you in English, French, Spanish, Dutch, German, Turkish, Italian or Polish.

Why do I need to create an account?

We want to know who we are working with. Therefore, we ask all our customers to create an account for our online stores. After your account is confirmed you will have access to all available prices and functionalities in our bearings store and electric motors store.

If you don’t have an ABF account yet, you can register online. Are you already an ABF customer? Then you can request a password with your registered email address.

Is my product really on stock?

Yes, if our online stores say the product is on stock, you can be sure that our warehouse in the Netherlands carries it. If on stock, then the product can be shipped the same working day until 18.00 (CET).

Our online stores let you know in advance when a product should be available in the warehouse.  If the item is not on stock, please feel free to send us your query by clicking <request quote> in our ABF online store. Sometimes we can source it via one of our approved suppliers.

My product is not on stock. Can you help me?

If the product you are looking for is not on stock, we still might be able to help you. Please send us your query by clicking <request quote> in our ABF online store. Your Account Manager will try to source it via one of our approved suppliers.

Can I download my invoices?

Yes, you can find your invoices under ‘My Account’ once you are logged in. ‘My Invoices’ has an overview of paid and unpaid invoices. Go to the invoice you need, click and download.

You can also search for any invoice. Just use your own reference, our order number, purchase date, or product name.

Where can I find your prices?

Our ABF online store shows net prices for most of our products.

To access our online store, you need to create an account. If you don’t have an ABF account yet, then  register online. Already an ABF customer? Then  request a password with your registered email address.

The item’s price is not displayed in our ABF online store. Send your query to us by clicking <request quote>. Our goal to mail you an accurate price within 15 minutes (during business hours).

How can I do targeted searches for products?

You have several options to navigate to a product within the ABF web shop. Using the search bar at the top of the screen, you can search for an exact product name, a part of a product name, or the product dimensions. Then you can click on any of the search results to go to the product page.

Additionally, you can use the product filters on the left side of the web shop. You choose a product category first, after which the filter options will appear. Can I search for a product based on dimensions?

In the ABF web shop, you will find a search bar at the top of the screen. You can choose between two search options. The magnifying lens allows you to search for a product name. By clicking the ruler, the search bar will switch to one based on dimensions. Within this search option, you can search for inside diameter, outside diameter, and width, in millimeters as well as inches. You can choose between an exact value or a series of sizes.

How can I order products online?

There are several ways through which you can easily place an order via the ABF web shop. After logging into your account, you select the product page of the product you wish to purchase, after which you’ll be able to select payment and shipping options.

Want to place an order based on a quote you received? Then simply click on the ‘Order online’ button. This will directly take you to the order page where you can select your preferred payment and shipping methods. Would you prefer to place your order via e-mail or phone? No problem. What are my shipping options?

Our products are shipped daily with UPS, TNT, Schenker or our courier service.

Our carriers offer both standard as well as express deliveries. Both the available shipping options and related costs (based on the weight and delivery address) are displayed during checkout in our ABF online store.

At ABF, you choose which shipping option suits you best.

Do you offer carbon-neutral shipping options?

All our UPS shipments are carbon neutral, at no additional cost. During checkout, you can identify our CO2 neutral shipping options by the green logo.

UPS calculates our emissions using their own methodology. Its accuracy has been reviewed by independent bodies. As a result, emissions caused by road, air and sea transport are offset.

These compensations are accomplished through investments in sustainable projects including reforestation and wastewater treatment. These projects save an equivalent amount of CO2 for every ton of CO2 caused by transportation. The result is a reduction of our carbon footprint.

The UPS carbon-neutral shipping system has been verified by SGS (Société Genede Surveillance) and certified by Climate Impact Partners (formerly Natural Capital Partners). I need a product today

No problem. At ABF, we offer a courier service during and outside business hours. Always contact our Sales Team by phone: +31(0)165 722 010. Your Account Manager will assist you in getting your order delivered ASAP.

Please note at our pick-up counter, you can only collect pre-ordered items. Cash sales are not offered.

I need my order delivered tomorrow.

No problem. We offer guaranteed next-day deliveries with UPS Express and TNT Express.

These express options are available depending on the weight and delivery address. You’ll find all our available shipping options during online checkout in our  bearings store or electric motors store.

No express service available? Do you have a query concerning our express options?  Then please contact our Sales Team by phone: +31(0)165 722 010. Your Account Manager will assist you in getting your order delivered tomorrow.

How do I choose a different delivery day?

Sure, you can ship your order on a different day. During online checkout in our ABF online store, you choose the desired shipment date. Please note that the delivery date depends on the chosen transport option.

How can I pay? Which payment options do you offer?

Our approved business-to-business customers can make purchases on account in the ABF web shop. Your credit limit is determined by our Finance department based on an external credit check.

It is always possible to pay via iDEAL, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and Klarna (Sofort). All of these payment methods are free of charge. Need any further help? You can always contact our sales team via + 31 (0)165 722 010.

Can I buy on credit?

Our approved business-to-business customer can buy on credit in our ABF online store. Your credit limit is based on an external credit check carried out by our Finance Department.

If you want to buy on credit, please contact our Sales Team by calling: +31(0)165 722 010. Your Account Manager will help you apply for credit.

Pay via PayPal, MasterCard or Visa to avoid any delays in ordering. All these payment options are free of charge.

Are cash sales offered?

Cash sales are not offered. At our pick-up counter, you can only collect pre-ordered items. When you place an order, you can select ‘pick-up at ABF’. Your order will then be prepared for you. You cannot make a purchase at our pick-up counter.

I have 2 shipments to the same address. Do I pay double the amount in transport costs?

No, we try to consolidate all orders before 18.00 (CET) to the same delivery address.

This saves you money and your warehouse time.  Your multiple orders received during the entire business day are consolidated. Should there be a surcharge for additional orders, this will be displayed during online checkout in our ABF online store.

How do I send my order to a different address? Or directly to my customer?

We can send your order to any address worldwide. Just choose a different delivery address during online checkout in our ABF online store.  The cost of shipping depends on which address you have filled in.

I do not want ABF’s design and company details on my package (when delivering directly to my customer)?

We can ship your order without any obvious signs that ABF is the supplier. Just select <neutral package> during online checkout in our ABF online store. The packing note and the tape will not display ABF’s (packaging) design.

Can I include my own packing list in an order?

Want to send an order directly to your client, including your own packing list? In the ABF web shop, you can easily add your own packing list to your order. During checkout in the web shop, it is possible to upload one after you choose “Neutral packaging”.  By choosing this option, ABF will not be stated as the supplier of your order.

Which Incoterms apply to my order?

The Incoterms under which your order is sent depend on the transport option selected. There are two possibilities:

  1. DAP – Delivered At Place: Incoterm DAP is applicable to all our transport options which you pay directly to ABF and which are arranged by us. ABF pays for the transport to your delivery address and for any costs for the export from the Netherlands. The costs and risks involved in the import of the goods and any associated import costs, import duties and taxes are borne by you. ABF bears any risks for the transport to the place of delivery. Any costs and risks after arrival at the place of destination are borne by you.
  2.  Ex Works: Incoterm EXW is applicable to all our transport options where we arrange the transport on your behalf (dispatch on your Customer Number) or where you collect the goods from our warehouse in Roosendaal. All costs for the transport, the export from the Netherlands, the import of the goods and any risks are borne by you.

For all our quotes and orders, we state which Incoterm is applicable. If you have any questions, please always contact the Account Manager for your area.

We are open from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 18.00 (CET).  For urgent deliveries outside business hours, please contact our 24/7 emergency service at +31(0) 165 722 030.

We are closed on these Dutch public holidays:

  • April 18: Easter Monday
  • December  26: Christmas
